The Farmers Supporting Farmers (FSF) Program, an initiative of AIM Independent Living Center, sponsored by the NYS Office of Mental Health, is available to support farmers, agribusiness workers, and their families across New York State.
Rooted in peer connection and real agricultural experience, FSF is designed to strengthen the long-term resilience of our farming communities, both personally and professionally.
Free, confidential services include:
• Business Support – Assistance with financial management, business planning, and operational decision-making
• Mental Wellness Support – Peer-based support for stress, isolation, and the everyday challenges of agricultural life
FSF meets farmers where they are, reducing barriers and offering practical, judgment-free support from people who understand the realities of the industry.
Support is available statewide through a toll-free helpline at 1-888-328-7847, More information on the program can be found at aimcil.com/program/farmer-support.
Organizations and community partners are encouraged to connect and help spread the word so more farmers can access the support they deserve.
