As you may know, the City of Ithaca adopted the Ithaca Energy Code Supplement on May 5, which requires all new construction to be net-zero by 2026. The Town of Ithaca is considering adoption on June 14. Ithaca now has the strongest energy code in New York State. This is a great milestone in the Green New Deal.
