Chef Mike Boise and winemaker Nancy Gable joined forces to create Salt of the Earth, a hip little joint in Union Springs (on the northeast side of Cayuga Lake). They serve modern cuisine inspired by local farm-to-table ingredients, including pasture-raised meats and fresh local produce, and they also offer an extensive beverage menu!
