In January, 2021 Climate Solutions Accelerator will host a free, three-part online series of facilitated discussion on Ibram X. Kendi’s How To Be An Antiracist (Wednesday evenings January 13th, 20th, and 27th from 6:30-8:00 pm).
Purposes of this series:
- To engage climate activists and advocates in the Finger Lakes Region in collaboratively learning about anti-racism.
- Participants gain an understanding of the intersectionality between race and climate.
- Participants gain an understanding of and steps to integrate anti-racist actions into their climate activism.

While reading the entire book is encouraged, note that for the first session (January 13), you only need to read through the first six chapters (80 pages).
