Crystal Valley Creamery is a certified organic farm and is 100% grass based, focusing on rotational grazing, soil management, animal husbandry and nutrition. Their farm is licensed for raw milk sales, and they offer raw and pasteurized full-fat milk on-site in addition to select retailers in Ithaca, Rochester, Penn Yan, and Interlaken.
